Environments Details Overview View

As an user, I want have a quick overview of all of my applications that are deployed by argocd in multiple environments.  It should be clean "card" layout and I can drill down to the details of each deployments.

Acceptance Criteria

• Implement the Details Overview page as the mock.
• Details on display including:
  • app name
  • gitops repo url
  • argocd cluster  url
  • commit details: sha, author by, commit message,
  • sync status
  • argocd app link
  • resources: tbd
