Write an enhancement proposal how to customize roles in Project access

    Description

      Description

      As an administrator, I want to customize the roles which are being shown in the Project Access tab in the Developer console. This includes removing default roles as well as adding custom roles.

      We want provide a customization similar to the Epic ODC-5057 where we store the customization in a console-operator Config resource. As this Config is defined a public API we should write an Enhancement Proposal and verify the implementation details with the console-ui team.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Create and discuss an enhancement proposal in openshift/enhancements repo in enhancements/console
      2. Enhancement is approved
