    Description

      • CaaS upgrade & Install activities must complete in two hours or less. 
      • Upgrade must limit customer impact (app downtime) to 30 minutes or less (cumulative)
      • CaaS must be upgradable without breaking application workload
      • CaaS must include backup, restore, and rollback functionality
      • Restore and Rollback functionality must complete in 30 minutes or less.
