Background

Now that the CCM is GA in 4.14, there are a number of CCM related CI tests that are no longer required for master branches and 4.14 branches going forward.

We should investigate the release repo for any CCM specific job (look at KCMO, KASO, MCO, CCMO) on Azure and remove these. Additionally we no longer need tech preview jobs for Azure on the CCM and CCCMO repos themselves.

• As above, find CCM related jobs on Azure, and clean them up for 4.14 and master branches, as they are no longer needed
