Background

Now that the CCM is GA in 4.14, there are a number of CCM related CI tests that are no longer required for master branches and 4.14 branches going forward.

We should investigate the release repo for any CCM specific job (look at KCMO, KASO, MCO, CCMO) on AWS and remove these. Additionally we no longer need tech preview jobs for AWS on the CCM and CCCMO repos themselves.

Steps

• As above, find CCM related jobs on AWS, and clean them up for 4.14 and master branches, as they are no longer needed
