      Missing AWS Load Balancer Operator documentation for OSD/ROSA

      4.11, 4.12, 4.13

       

      Info:

      The documentation for the AWS Load Balancer Operator [1] is missing for OSD/ROSA.


Note that in OSD/ROSA, customers cannot create the `CredentialsRequest`, and it's needed to configure the permissions with `ccoctl` (as in [2], but not sure if that works in non-STS cluster).

       

      Additional info:

      Additional improvements for the ALBO docs requested in OCPBUGS-14629 [3].
