Description of problem:
When uninstalling the Run Once Duration Override Operator (new to 4.13), the dialog that pops up hangs for a few seconds and then returns an error: There was an error loading operands for this operator. Operands will need to be deleted manually. Error loading Operands for run-once-duration-override-operator in openshift-run-once-duration-override-operator: a: Failed to list operands: package run-once-duration-override-operator.openshift-run-once-duration-override-operator not found This seems to happen whether or not the operand has been deleted prior to uninstalling the operator. Can't seem to attach screenshots, but I have them if needed.

1. Install the Run Once Duration Override Operator. 2. Create a RunOnceDurationOverride instance. 3. Go to the Operator and click "Uninstall Operator" 4. The dialog that pops up hangs for a few seconds like it's trying to load the Operands, then shows the error.
Actual results:
Receive the error.
Expected results:
No error and the operand is listed, if applicable.
