      Removing/uninstalling the operator (manually in the OCP webconsole) fails with:

      Error loading Operands for cluster-observability-operator in openshift-cluster-observability-operator: e: Failed to list operands: package "cluster-observability-operator" not found in namespace "openshift-cluster-observability-operator"

      This happens even if there's no additional CR/operator installed in the COO.

      The namespace and the "operator.operators.coreos.com" resources remain in the cluster.
