      Description of problem:
When trying to uninstall descheduler operator from UI, UI throws a warning which reads “Error loading Operands for cluster-kube-descheduler-operator in openshift-kube-descheduler-operator: r: Failed to list operands: package cluster-kube-descheduler-operator.openshift-kube-descheduler-operator not found”

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
      4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-09-27-105859

      Steps to Reproduce:
      Install latest 4.9 cluster
Install descheduler operator by subscribing to qe-app-registry
Create kubedescheduler cluster object with required profiles.
Now click ‘uninstall operator’ from the Installed Operator page

      Actual Results:

Descheduler gets removed successfully but it throws a warning which reads “Error loading operands for cluster-kube-descheduler-operator” even though all the components related to descheduler are installed successfully.

      Expected Results:
UI should not throw any warning if all the components for descheduler exists.
