      Description:
Compute node count is wrong after change subscription type in creation wizard.

Version-Release number of selected components (if applicable):
      Stage OCM

      How Reproducible:
      80%

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Prepare an account with quota: OSDTrialCluster*1, OSDTrialNodeSmall*4 and MCT3326*1

      2. Click "Create trial cluster" in creation page

      3. Select 4 compute node count in machine pool, fill in other fields and go to Review page

      4. Back to Billing model and change subscription type to Annual

      5. Do not click the compute node count in workflow, just keep default value(2) and go Next.

      6. Go to Review page and check the compute node count

[optional: if the issue cannot reproduce, repeat above steps or change to On-demand]

      Actual Result:
      5. The compute node count is 2

      6. The compute node count is 4. And error message about lack quota is shown after click Create cluster button.

      Expected Result:
The compute node count in Review page should match with machine pool page
