    Description

      Convert the step to use formik (instead of redux-form)

       

      Acceptence Criteria

      1. UI should match ROSA v1. Some particular differences from OSD worth checking:
        • Version selector should use ROSA compatibility (TODO elaborate)
        • Persistent Storage and Load Balencers should be hidden for Rosa
        • The "Learn more" link in tooltip for 'Enable additional etcd encryption' checkbox should got to a Rosa external doc
        • The "Learn more" link in tooltip for 'Enable user workload monitoring' checkbox should got to a Rosa external doc
      2. Verify the values stored into the formik store
      3. Verify the values are reflected correctly on the Review page
      4. Verify final submit json/request payload matches legacy
