Convert ROSA V2 to use the newer PatternFly wizard

      Currently, src/components/clusters/wizards/rosa_v2/CreateROSAWizard.jsx is importing

      import {  Wizard as WizardDeprecated,  WizardContext as WizardContextDeprecated,} from '@patternfly/react-core/deprecated';

      Should instead import and use the non-deprecated wizard components. See src/components/clusters/wizards/osd/CreateOsdWizard.tsx for an example
