ROSA wizard v2: Update v2 Cluster Settings - Version dropdown for Rosa usage

      (Splitting from OCMUI-820) In initial ROSA v2 conversion !5254 I reused the OSD v2 Version selector component, but it differs from ROSA both in look and filtering of compatible versions.
      Should update it to match ROSA v1.

      Add isRosa flag to source code located at:

      src/components/osd/ClusterSettings/Details/VersionSelectField.tsx

      • getInstallableVersions(isRosa);
      • disable versions earlier than rosaMaxOSVersion
      • set default selection to first rosa.enabled version
