Cluster list can show all clusters (pagination)

      User story:

      The multi-region cluster list is broken down into pages and the user can easily move between pages.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Users can pick how many items are shown per page (10, 20, 50, or 100).
      • The total number of filtered clusters is shown
      • The cluster indexes of the clusters shown is visible.  For example: showing 11 - 21
      • The current page and the total number of pages available are shown
      • Users can go to any available page
      • The pagination information (total number of clusters, page, shown cluster indexes) is updated as more clusters are fetched or filtered
