User story:
The multi-region cluster list is broken down into pages and the user can easily move between pages.
Acceptance criteria:
- Users can pick how many items are shown per page (10, 20, 50, or 100).
- The total number of filtered clusters is shown
- The cluster indexes of the clusters shown is visible. For example: showing 11 - 21
- The current page and the total number of pages available are shown
- Users can go to any available page
- The pagination information (total number of clusters, page, shown cluster indexes) is updated as more clusters are fetched or filtered
