Description of problem:

In the multiregion cluster list, the management of the page size change is different than the non-multiregion case. In the non-multiregion version when the use changes the page size, the table page is automatically moved to the first page. In the multiregion version, the page size change doesn't cause any page change if the page size is decreased, otherwise, of course, the page is moved to the last.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging with an account having the rights to see more than 20 clusters.
2. Enable multiregion
3. Go to cluster list
4. Set the page size to a value allowing to have more than a single page
5. Move to a page greater than page 1
6. Change the page size
7. Observe the current page number

Actual results:

At step 7 the user observes that page either didn't change or was moved to the (new) last one.

Expected results:

If we want to have the same behavior of the non-multiregion cluster list, on page size change the page should be moved to the first one.
