[OCM-UI] The selected machine pool dropdown values disappear when the user tries to go back from the Review screen

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging.
      2. Open the AWS CCS cluster creation wizard
      3. Go to the machine pool tab.
      4. Click on the Compute node instance type dropdown.
      5. Turn on the toggle for Include types that might be unavailable to your account or region.
      6. Select the instance type that is unavailable to your account and proceed to the next steps.
      7. Once the user is on the Review screen , click on the Edit step link on the Default machine section.
      8. Notice the behavior.

      Actual results:
      The selected value should not disappear from the dropdown when clicked on the Edit step link from the Review screen.
