      We need to add documentation for this new feature to the following section of the OCP monitoring documentation: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/monitoring/managing-alerts.html#managing-silences_managing-alerts

      Description

      “As a dev user, I want to use the silences as admins do, so I can get the same features”

      Acceptance Criteria

      Given a dev user logged in to the console and using a developer perspective

      When the user navigates to the observe section

      Then the user can see a silences tab that has the same features as the admin but restricted only to the current selected namespace
