Description
During DNS Tracking and RTT development, it has been raised that Max / P90 / P99 metrics would be usefull on top of existing average.
Since these will require extra metrics, we should wait for https://issues.redhat.com/browse/NETOBSERV-1185
These changes also fix https://issues.redhat.com/browse/NETOBSERV-1388
It will also ensure every graph has a Kebab menu as mentionned in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/NETOBSERV-1319 comments
