Currently the overview page loads all the metrics before showing the results.

We should improve this mecanism to show panels as soons as they are available independently.

This will need to manage loading state per panel and attach each panel to one or many queries.

On top of that, rhn-support-aramesha discovered that pie charts (and probably others) sometimes show inconsistent data because app query and topK one are not running exactly at the same time.

This makes "others" section appear and dissapear randomly.
