    Description

      As the implementer of NE-1108, I want to understand how OSSM handles load balancers so I can provide that capability for the Gateway API solution.

      Research and gather details for Load Balancer Management story to answer:

      Can we configure the same things that c-i-o configures for load balancers, such as:

        • labels
        • cloud-provider specific annotations
        • proxy protocol
        • internal/external scope
        • allowed source ranges

      Acceptance criteria - document what we can configure from this list.
