Goal

Today, there are is a page where network mappings are stored, based on selection made during plan creation.

On this page, users are able to "Create NetworkMap" but the button leads to a YAML file.

After this epic we will have a UI experience for creating a network map

As a migration user I want to create network mapping with a GUI form rather than writing the YAML file
