Title: MTV-3065 - DOC: Add a UI form to create a NetworkMap resource
The goal of this Jira story is to enhance the user experience by providing a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for creating Network Maps, instead of relying on YAML files. This change will cater to the user story of a migration user who wants to create network mappings with a GUI form.
The technical challenge lies in developing a UI form that captures the necessary data for creating a NetworkMap resource. Implementation may require careful consideration of data validation and error handling to ensure the generated YAML files are correct.

The target version for this epic is 2.10.0, but it should be noted that this is a target only.
Currently, there are no known blockers or dependencies affecting progress. However, child issues have not been specified in this ticket.
The overall purpose of this story is to improve the user experience by providing a more intuitive and user-friendly way to create Network Maps. The current status is New/Unresolved.
Goal
Today, there are is a page where network mappings are stored, based on selection made during plan creation.
On this page, users are able to "Create NetworkMap" but the button leads to a YAML file.
After this epic we will have a UI experience for creating a network map
