      This story includes the following items:

      • Revised Overview page with tabs
      • Providers page – source and destination provider creation (done before plan creation) – will need a new first step, since it can also be accessed from the Overview page. 
      • New plan creation wizard:
        • Basic setup
          • General (Plan name, providers)
          • Virtual machines (page fills automatically based on source – errors visible – cannot create plan from here)
          • Network map
          • Storage map
          • Migration type (much easier from a programming perspective to have this as a single page rather than as part of the General page)
        • Other settings
          • Additional setting (optional)
          • Hooks (optional)
        • Review and create
