MTV 2.9.0 includes modified versions of the Storage maps and Network maps pages and introduces the concepts of "owned" and "ownerless" maps. These pages and concepts need to be documented.

At this time, the Network maps interface requires use of a YAML to define a network map, whereas the Storage maps interface supports use of a YAML or a form (that is, the usual Ui interface). 

A separate Jira will cover the planned upgrade to the Storage maps UI, unless it is available before the work is completed on this Jira.
