TL; DR: Modify procedure to include access from the Overview page. 

Detailed: The MTV 2.9.0 Overview page includes buttons which open the Create provider page for each of the vendors (VMware, CNV, etc.). This is a great feature, but it means that the opening step of the procedure for creating a provides needs to be modified since we now have two ways to access the Create Provider page.
