      Description of problem:

Create warm migration plan with 2 VMs from ESXi host provider, one of the VM cutover phase failed with message: "Another task is already in progress"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      MTV 2.7.6-6, CNV 4.17.2

      Reproducible:

      100%

Step1: Create a ESXi 7 host provider, and create a warm migration plan: mtv-warm-esxi-v7

       to migrate 2 vms: mtv-rhel8-warm-2disks2nics and mtv-win2019-79

Step2: Edit the plan, enable pre migration hook and post migration hook

Step3: Start the plan, set the cutover when VM's "DiskTransfer" phase are finished

Step4: Check one of the VM: mtv-win2019-79 cutover phase failed with message: "Another task is already in progress.".
