This is related to MTV-1753 which shows the problem with MTV vSphere race condition, where MTV deletes the snapshot but does not wait for the deletion to finish and right after the deletion MTV starts creating a new snapshot. This could block the user and should be fixed.
However, the fix is complex and requires a lot of changes, and it is not managed to the 2.7.6 release. For this, we needed a simpler solution.
