Running warm migration using 200 VMs, 2 disks each, using 8 ESXs (25 VMs per ESX).
Controller pauses the migration during snapshot creation.

Martin's comments:

• We do pause the whole process waiting for the snapshot creation
• This pauses the migration steps, think this could add roughly 20mins to the 200 VM migration
• Harder to fix, but this is tied to other issues so I need to do larger fix for multiple problems
