In order to support custom domains for RHOAM installations it would be ideal if the wildcard domain could be specified during installation.

This prevents the need to make changes to the domains after installation or after each subsequent tenant creation. This will also partially remove the need for THREESCALE-1096 to be implemented as required for MGDAPI-3920

HOW
The customer should be able to specify a wildcard domain as an AddOn Parameter
RHOAM can do a preflight check to ensure the custom domain cr exists with the related value
Add the wildcard domain to the APIManager CR

Open MR with ocm to add new field

TEST
Will need to use a registered domain, rhoam.me may work
Create the custom domain see Kevins recent JIRA for steps
Update the add-on secret with the wildcard
Verify in 3Scale that the wildcard domain is registered
Create 2 new tenants and specify valid subdomains and verify that they work.
