Custom domains in RHOAM

Allow configuring additional hosts as aliases for the Admin Portal, keeping the default domain operational. This way, customers will be able to define a custom domains while the RHOAM SRE team will preserve monitoring and alerting on this component.

Note: The focus is on regular Admin Portal for tenants. If implementing this for the master account implies additional work, we will evaluate the corresponding task separately.
