    Description

      Description:

      Our OpenShift e2e-upgrade ci tests doesn't have coverage for adding in additional workload to the running cluster. As a result, some bugs that get triggered during node drain may get missed. Example bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1973006 .
