      Description:

      Today in our OpenShift CI,  we don't have good (any?) coverage of adding in additional workload to a running cluster. As a result, some bugs like https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1973006 may get un-noticed which can later bite the customer's cluster in the events like upgrade, applying a new MachineConfig causing node drain.

       

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Workload manifests has been created that can be easily plugged into our e2e-upgrade ci or periodic job
