Summary

Add distinct authentication types for Azure Cloud outputs to support static and short-lived credentials
So that an administrator must choose the authentication strategy
and the workflow is consistent with the other cloud offerings.

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify the Azure Log Ingestion API supports short-lived credentials
• Verify the Azure Log Ingestion API supports long lived credentials
• Verify the API requires the a spec of the authentication strategy

Notes

• This will depend on the enhancement proposal for switching AzureMonitor to the Log Ingestion API
