Description of problem: In Logging 5.9, we released support for log forwarding to Azure Monitor using the Azure HTTP Data Collector API. Azure has deprecated that API and will disable it on 9/14/2026, as detailed here. It has been replaced by the Logs ingestion API.

Expected Solution: Newer version of OpenShift logging uses the Log Ingestion API to forward logs to Azure Monitor and user is able to see logs that are being forwarded by Vector in a JSON format so that the user can create appropriate tables in Azure Monitor. New solution also takes the following Azure Monitor limitations. Azure Monitor limitations
