Upgrading OCP from 4.15 to 4.16 faces issues with incompatible operators

    • Before this update, the Loki and Elasticsearch bundle included the wrong value for maxOpenShiftVersion caused IncompatibleOperatorsInstalled alerts. With this update, the bundle includes 4.17 as the maxOpenShiftVersion property resolves the issue.

          Cluster upgrade from 4.15.0-0.nightly-2024-03-12-010512 to 4.16.0-0.nightly-2024-03-13-061822    

      Actual results:

         IncompatibleOperatorsInstalled: 
      ClusterServiceVersions blocking cluster upgrade: 
      openshift-operators-redhat/loki-operator.v5.9.0 is incompatible with OpenShift minor versions greater than 4.15,
      openshift-operators-redhat/elasticsearch-operator.v5.8.5 is incompatible with OpenShift minor versions greater than 4.15
