Before this update, the Loki and Elasticsearch bundle included the wrong value for maxOpenShiftVersion caused IncompatibleOperatorsInstalled alerts. With this update, the bundle includes 4.16 as the maxOpenShiftVersion property resolves the issue.

oc adm upgrade on Openshift-4.15 server.
Actual results:
