After ~~KOGITO-9662~~, we should be able to push workflow definition and deployment information to the data index.

This data structure is yet to be defined. Data Index should have:

The whole workflow definition, so it won't need to fetch from the source add-on
Information on when a new workflow has been deployed
Information of when a workflow is undeployed/deleted from the cluster.
