During a discussion with Parodos team a new feature was identified to be a kind of service registry where it could be possible to fetch for the available workflows running in different services (pods etc), with a URI or something where it would be possible to reach those workflows.
One idea was to use data index and provide through the gateway API a new endpoint to retrieve this information.

Tech impl meeting
Use data index and Gateway API to provide an endpoint to retrieve the workflows (definitions) and the endpoints to them.
Send the workflow definitions information to data-index using a event type and published by:
- Operator
- Addon in Runtimes (used incase the user don't use the Operator)
Define the event type to send the workflow definition information containing the endpoint + any other important info to reach the workflow.
