[Operator] Use MP Config implementation of KubernetesServiceCatalog

      The kubernetes:, openshift:, and knative: schemes discovery should be implemented by the operator when they appear in the workflow definition. The operator MUST:

      1. Track these functions within a workflow definition (.spec.flow.functions)
      2. Add the discovery URLs to a properties map following the runtimes implementation using MP Config

      The schemes discovery in the workflow application.properties (*-props) ConfigMap should be replaced directly by the operator, skipping the MP Config completely. We won't do that in the workflow definition to keep the definition immutability defined by the user.
