[Images] Review the need of the knative/kubernetes addons inside the dev profile builder image

The current builder image (kogito-ksw-builder) has a Serverless Workflow project template within it. A few add-ons might not make sense on it, for example, the Quarkus Kubernetes addon. The application won't generate any Kubernetes files or build an image since it's already on the cloud.

Turns out that this addon is taking the most time for the building refresh. Since we do not use it, we should not bring it.

Be aware that a few features from the knative-eventing add-on are still useful like the K_SINK support and the eventing health checks.
