[Operator] Service Discovery for Kubernetes objects

      This EPIC scope is to implement the Service Discovery Addon we have implemented on Quarkus, but on the operator.

      A few remarks:

      1. Pattern found on application.properties file should be replaced by the actual endpoint
      2. Pattern found on the workflow definition .spec.flow should be added to the application.properties to reflect the Discovery Memory Implementation done on the runtimes side. (see KOGITO-9145)
      3. Knative objects have the .status.address.url that should be the safest data
      4. The discovery should happen in every reconciliation cycle
