[KSW-Operator] Implement healthchecks to the workflow dev profile

    Description

      The workflow in the dev profile requires health checks to give a real sense of reality to the conditions. Today, the workflow transitions from Deploying to Running sooner after the pod is successfully deployed. Since there are no health-checks, a user might mistakenly call the workflow before its readiness.
