As a user, I want to run a Kogito workflow application with Job Service running in the same application, similar to Data Index Quarkus Extension.
It should use the embedded persistence database with local storage to survive restarts of the application following the same approach for the runtimes and data-index, possibly using PostgreSQL.
The current in-memory job-service present in runtimes should be removed once the extension is integrated where it should replace the old implementation in runtimes.
