[KSW-Guides] Create a guide for Workflow CR devmode

    Description

      As part of KOGITO-8516, to help users understand how to use such a feature, we can create a comprehensive guide detailing its usage and how to setup.

      The guide must highlight the feature limitations at the time it's published.
