[KSW-Guides] Review "Cloud" section in the guides to have operator and manual deployment sub-sections

    Description

      To this date, the Cloud section has mixed information about the Operator and manual deployment to Kubernetes.

      Ideally, we separate these two experiences to make it clear to users the options and tooling available.
