Kogito-Tooling static code analysis

    Description

      We should investigate and an option of actively using static code analysis for kogito-tooling repository. Especially typescript files and css files

      Investigate airbnb js styleguide https://github.com/airbnb/javascript

      Furthermore, we should investigate integration its results with sonar.

      We should start sonar checks especially for java files, once AF-2893 is finished.
