    Description

      Because of RHPAM-1558 , the EXTENSIONS_IMAGE and EXTENSIONS_IMAGE_NAMESPACE settings are now required in order to use an external database driver image. Source: https://github.com/jboss-container-images/rhpam-7-openshift-image/tree/7.4.x/templates/contrib/jdbc ; look at “how to use…” and the sample command line for templates has EXTENSIONS_IMAGE and EXTENSIONS_IMAGE_NAMESPACE

      We need to support these settings in Operator configuration when external DB is selected.
