Use cekit and the supported way to build extension images to provide third party jdbc drivers

    Description

      Today we have the https://github.com/jboss-container-images/rhpam-7-openshift-image/tree/rhpam70-dev/templates/contrib/jdbc/
      script to allow us to easily add jdbc driver to the rhpam images.

      However it would be great if we can have a cleaner way by providing a "extension" image
      built by cekit.

      The cekit conf will have override envs for the different supported jdbc drivers and can be built by using the desired overrides file.
