Restore jbossws jaxws client configuration to jbossws-cxf stack and update AS7 domain model

    Description

      In JBWS-3286 we added endpoint configurations to the AS7 domain. We need to do the same for jaxws client configurations.
      The jbossws-cxf stack of course also needs to be modified for supporting the client configuration feature, in particular for setting the default client configuration to each jaxws client.
